This building is the first family center dedicated to the health and wellness of children, youths, adults and families in Washington County, Maryland.
All of the organizations under the roof of the E.M. Tobias Family Center are in some way tailored to improve the health and well being of those in our community. That's why we call it the Family Center, to emphasize the care all of the organizations within have for their clients.

From pharmacies to labratories, the E.M. Tobias Family Center contains services that work in conjunction with other organizations for your health.
Located in the Family Center is Silt Coffee Co., a coffee shop and restaurant that provides nourishment to the community.

From the beginning the E.M. Tobias Family Center's mission was to provide a place for our community to be able to access organizations and services for comprehensive health.
Since then we have aimed to expand our connection to our community through inviting meaningful services, organizations, and businesses to join us in the Family Center.
